Thomas Dean

Candidate Thomas Dean has made no effort to make himself available to the public. His one action so far has been to try to disqualify the other candidates for Commissioner of Insurance based upon his interpretation of OCGA 45-10-22 and 45-10-25 (13), which he believes disqualifies all other candidates because they are business owners or are engaging in commercial trade of some kind. Mr. Dean attempted a similar lawsuit 4 years ago after he unsuccessfully ran for Commissioner of Labor. That case was dismissed.
