While most election results can be seen at the Georgia Secretary of State’s website, some local elections, such as Trenton municipal elections, SPLOST votes, local referenda, and party ballot questions, are not kept on that site. The vote totals for these types of races are only kept by our local Election Office for 2 years and then disposed of.

Because of this, the Dade County Democratic Committee will keep a record of the results of these types of elections here on our website. We feel that election data should never “go away” but needs to be reliably kept somewhere for future reference.

Currently, our records only begin with the 2024 election cycle. If we recover older vote totals from a reliable source, we’ll record them here as well. If you have reliable information on these types of elections before 2024, please email it to us at dadedemocrat@gmail.com.
